The Mountain Grrl Experience is overjoyed to announce the 5th Annual Exhibit of Women in the Arts! We are proud to provide female artists with an opportunity to showcase their work and celebrate creativity across Eastern Kentucky.

Submission Guidelines

The exhibit is open to all female artists across all mediums. Each artist may submit up to 2 pieces. All work must be ready to hang.

Please note: We are not accepting shipped artwork this year.

Categories (Juried Showcase – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awarded in each):

• Oil
• Acrylic
• Watercolor
• Mixed Media
• Digital
• Illustration
• Photography
• Textiles
• Sculpture

All artists will also be considered for the Mountain Grrl Experience Artist Award & $100 cash prize, sponsored by The Women’s Groovement.

• Submission Deadline: October 4th
• Artist Reception : Will be provided directly to artists after submission.

Mountain Grrl Art Exhibition at the University of Pikeville Weber Art Gallery
